KARATE CLASSES
Our style of karate is SHINRAI and evolves largely from very traditional systems and roots tracing back to Goju Ryu and Kyokushinkai.
The traditional aspects and values are still honoured and taught but we have evolved with the modern times and support all aspects of our art including
competition from novice to international level.
The SHINRAI emblem shows an outer circle representing our senior graded instructors supporting and guiding our newer members or kyu grades.
Our school was developed on the basis of trust, both in ourselves and those that train alongside us.
Classes for both adults and children run throughout the week including children specific and family sessions. From age 5 to as young as you feel are welcome to come and train!
Times for sessions vary depending on grade and age:
- Children - Beginner's sessions are Saturdays at 9am and Mondays at 4.15pm.
- Adults - Adult beginners are welcome at the Saturday 9am class or Wednesday evening at 6.45pm.
Classes run at the Sunbury Methodist Church, Staines Road East, TW16 5AD. Please get in touch to let us know if you will be attending and to find out what our termly fees are. The first class is free to trial!
