Once contact is made, we can discuss what you want from the sessions and everything we need to make that happen. There is a short form to complete to aid with the planning should you choose to start training with me. Then we just need to agree a time that suits both of us and we're good to go!

My fees are chargeable in blocks of 8 and rates are best confirmed at the time of starting. As a guide, at the time of launching this website they equate to approx. £50 a session.

About Me

Hello! I'm Mark, a certified personal trainer based in the Shepperton area. With a deep passion for health, fitness and moving well I specialise in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalised training programmes.

I graduated from the "school of learning to do it all the hard way and then get educated" many years back. My BSc degree is a mix of modules, but largely built from the components of health and fitness. My fitness certification is with YMCA and Discovery with some 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to athletes and have spent some time training the trainers too!

My expertise includes strength training, cardiovascular enhancement, nutritional guidance, postural correction as well as assisting with rehab following an injury. Over the years I have helped clients lose weight, build muscle, improve their athletic performance, enhance well-being and assist with improving posture for function and aesthetics. Examples are many from taking a non-runner to their first half marathon to working with a beginner to make national competing status in their sport.

For me, fitness is not just a workout - it's about building a lifestyle that promotes health and makes fit choices part of our daily habits. One workout is not going to change much, but some discipline, hard work, great coaching, proven practice and continued efforts will. I always strive to think holistically and take all the uniqueness of each client into consideration in every plan and session to try to maximise output for all.

Outside of the gym or dojo, I'm passionate about getting back in it, but for the sake of balance I try to unwind with some photography or music.
